Hooked on Nature Workshop for parents, teachers and children at Jackson's Zoo, Sept 23 2006 from 8:00-12:00 and 1:00-3:00. A workshop for teachers and parents will be conducted by a staff member of the Hooked on Nature organization in California.
Spring of 2007--We are planning a one day Conference at Millsaps College on Steps to Move Our Nation from Empire to Earth Community, featuring David Korten, author of The Great Turning. We also plan to invite Al Gore to Jackson to share his story on the threats of global warming.
