    Northwest Earth Institute's offerings: This non-profit profit books series creates discussion by combining work of different authors. The course is self-generating via instructions in each book.     Global Action Plan's (GAP) household ECOTEAM: 4-8 couples or individuals agree to meet together for two hours every two weeks for four months. A chapter in the ECOTEAM Manual is read each two weeks and participants choose options to make their lifestyle more earth friendly. The chapters deal with waste, water, energy, transportation, consumption and empowering others. The Manuals cost about $35 and can be ordered from: GAP, Box 428, Woodstock, NY 12498.
